Beach Etiquette Guidelines
Respecting some basic beach etiquette rules is a must if you want to be courteous and considerate. Beach etiquette is simple and benefits everyone.
If beach goers adheres to some simple beach etiquette everyone wins, total fun and enjoyment for young and old.
Follow these easy beach etiquette guidelines and be proper:
When you arrive early, and it is not crowded you can choose any spot to lay your towel, install your umbrella etc…
If you arrive at a busy time and the beach is crowded you must look for a spot that will not disturb anyone, choose a place that is not too close to anyone, be careful not to walk fast and accidently through sand on people lying down, do not open your towel abruptly so not to disturb people near by
When choosing a place for your umbrella or tent make sure you are not setting up in front of people and obstructing their view, again if there is space keep a distance
If you are listening to music use headphones or very low volume when in close proximity to people
If you bring food do not litter, keep the beach clean, and avoid smelly and messy foods
If you are with children watch them do not leave them unattended
When you go swimming make sure to listen and follow lifeguards warnings and safety instructions
If you bring your pet keep him on a leas, no running around people, they can make a mess and some people are afraid, so be considerate
Do not smoke

Do not use fowl language
Do not play ball near people (disturbing and dangerous)
Do not yell out
Do not wear inappropriate attire ( even on the beach we follow decorum)
Do not shake your blanket, clothes or towel next to people
Behave appropriately, no excessive public display of affection
